Training Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. We can make no exceptions in the event of cancellations or rescheduling. This is because it is harder to fill empty slots once a class is filled especially nearer to course start dates including the cancellations of live models and the procurement of subscribed aesthetic medicines allotted for the day.


1.  Glossary

1.A - Set out in these terms and conditions when reading the word ‘us’, ‘we’ or  ‘our’ is referring  to Ls Aesthetics Beauty Clinic.  Ls Aesthetics Beauty Clinic’s Training Academy Department,  and Ls Aesthetics Beauty Clinic Training Academy.

2. Right to Grant Entry and Admission of Enrolment

2.A - We Reserve the right of admission onto the premises as well as the right of accepting enrolment on to any of our training courses.

2.B -  We reserve the right to alter, completely change or cancel course content as well as planned training course dates, times and locations.  Advanced notice will be given within 24 hours with alternative dates & times and/or locations.

2.C - We accept no liability for loss in expenses or earnings incurred by you or any models irrespective of the circumstances.

3.  Payment of Training

3.A - You can pay for your training using your credit or debit card.  You can also pay over the telephone or by making a bank transfer.

3.B - Payment in full is required 2 weeks prior to attending your course.  You will receive booking confirmation via email and/or text message.  

3.C - A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your place with us.  The booking fee will be deducted from the full course price and a receipt will be sent via email and/or text message.  Failure to make full payment 2 weeks prior to the course may result in your place being re-opened for other students and your deposit being lost to cover cited administration charges.

4. Terms & Condition for cancelling your training course booking

4.1a - We understand that sometimes things can change and you may need to alter your plans.  The following terms and conditions will apply should you wish to cancel your booking for any reason including sickness.

4.2b - All cancelations must be made in writing via email to within 3 days of your course date.  This will incur a £125 administration charge as well as the charges set out in these terms & conditions relating to the week you cancel prior to your course date.


Read Below for cancellations:

4.3c - If you have paid for your course in full and you decide to cancel 28 days (1 month) or more prior to your course date a full refund will be issued minus the administration charge of £125.  However, if you have received your course study manual/s whether by post or uploaded then no refund will be issued.

4.4c - Cancellations less than 28 days prior to your course date only 50% of the course price will be refunded plus the administration charge will still apply.

4.5d - To clarify any study materials that have been sent or uploaded to you via any port or email including requested to be sent to an alternative portal or email address for you attention NO refund will be issued.

4.6 - Note: For extra security there are insurance companies that specialise in covering insurance for training course cancellations.  We however do not accept any liability for any insurance policy you wish to purchase for this instance.

4.7e - We do not issue refunds for natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, pandemics or weather related issues such as snow and ice to name a few. * In brief, any disaster outside of human control will not warrant a refund.

4.8f - If we choose to cancel a course date due to any of the above aforementioned natural disasters we will not be liable for any loss resulting to the delegated student/applicant.   We will make every effort to arrange an alternative training date time and/or location.  However this cannot be guaranteed.   If it is not possible for us to offer an alternative training date time or location then a full refund will be offered minus the administration charge.  Failure to accept one of the alternative dates, time or locations will result in only 50% of the course price being refunded to you minus the administration charge.   

4.9g – All course Deposits and Booking fees are non-refundable.

5 - Amendments to your Training course booking

All requests to change your course date must be made in writing to and will incur the administration charge as applicable as set out in section 4 of these terms and conditions.  If we cannot guarantee your place on your chosen date you will be offered a refund in line with the terms and conditions set out in section 4 as applicable.

6 - Fees for changing course date

Changing the date within 7 full calendar days there is a 50% charge plus administration fee.

Changing the date within 48 hours there is no refund plus the administration charge will still apply.

In the event of a death in your immediate family please contact us within 7 days of the circumstances or sooner if appropriate and we will reschedule your place on the course upon supply of a copy of the death certificate.  Please accept our apologies in these circumstances but please read the first paragraph of these terms & conditions to outline why exceptions cannot be made.    Please email us with your full name, course details and booked training course date and we will send you alternative dates/times/ locations as set out in section 4.8f of our terms and conditions


7 - Cancelling your model appointments

We require 7 days’ notice in order to issue any refund for any prepayment from your model.  We do not offer refunds to models or students of models for treatment that have already been completed.

9 - Data Protection

9.1   In booking a training course with us you agree that we can use any data you submit to us to facilitate the process of your application and for future marketing purposes.  

9.2 Your details will not be shared with any third party without your written consent.

10 - Complaints

10.1 - We take pride in our quality and standards of service and as such we will endeavour to resolve any complaints as swiftly as possible.

10.2 - Complaints about any aspect should be set out in writing and will be acknowledged by return email with 10 days of receipt.


11 – Marketing

11.1 - We do not permit you to use or refer to any promotional materials supplied or demonstrated by us for details in section 11.2.

11.2 - You are not permitted to use any reference of ours on any social media network, chat forums, group driven apps or any other digital sharing communication/media without our written permission and consent from us.  However you can reference photos direct to us of any aesthetic work you have undertaken post training.

12 - Learning Materials

All training materials we send to you via email must be printed by you.  If you require hard copy manuals of less than 40 pages there is a cost of £10 which must be paid on the first day of training.  Any manuals over 40 pages will be provided at a cost of £15.  These are additional charges on top of your course fee.

13 - International Students

13.1 - In order to pass your training you will need to be able to read, understand and complete our course curriculum.  Failing to do so will lead to an incomplete course resulting in a fail to pass.

13.2 - It is the responsibility to have an appropriate level of English in order to complete both the theory and practical aspects of the course.

13.3 - Under no circumstances are refunds provided to students who fail the course as well as for the reasons outlined in section 13.1, 13.2
